Join Us

I am always recruiting motivated, ambitious, and passionate graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and undergraduate researchers to join the lab.
I am part of the ECE, CS, BME, Applied Math, and Physics Graduate Fields – i.e., PhD programs – at Cornell. Admissions to these programs are run by independent committees, which I am typically not an active member of. Application processes to these programs are described elsewhere and are pretty standard. Deadlines are usually in December. If you want to work with me, feel free to mention that in your application. If you apply to one of the relevant PhD programs at Cornell and mention my name in your personal statement, feel free to email me in January, attaching your CV. I receive lots of these types of emails and can only respond if there is a good fit.

If you are already a student at Cornell University (Ithaca or NYC) and want to work on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Imaging, feel free to send me an email.

If you are interested in a postdoc position, please email me your CV along with a brief description of your background and career goals. Applicants should have a strong publication record, including at least three first-author publications in top-tier journals or conferences related to medical imaging and machine learning. Prior experience in these fields is strongly preferred. I am happy to tell you about any opportunities we might have for you. We are trying to build a strong, inclusive and supportive research community in AI for medical imaging at Cornell.
